Two options, depending on how much time you have

• Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" is a 3h30 drive to Elea

• Kalamata International Airport is a 2h drive to Elea

We highly recommend renting a car to experience the full beauty of the Peloponnese region. There are amazing sites to see on the way down to the village and we have listed a few of our favorites in the ‘Things to do’ section of this website.

For non drivers, there are two options to come; with a taxi from Athens airport as well as a bus from the city center of Athens.

• Taxi: 250€ / 3-4 people max depending on suitcase size and space. Please contact us directly if you wish to take this option. We will arrange the booking for you.

• Bus: Rom2rio is one of the best website we have found to gather informations on available bus routes. The closest bus stop to us is Molaoi Lakonia, located approximately 10’ drive from Elea, but a looong +7h from Athens. Here is the itinerary from Athens Airport.
